Pattern Overview
The Ceramic Art Scarf features a combination of ribbed cables and twists on a reverse stockinette background. It is a rectangular scarf. The pattern is a 12-row repeat.
The first and last 2 stitches form an i-cord edging, that makes the edges look neat and prevents them from curling.
The ribbed bottom and top borders add a decorative look and even out the bottom of the lace stitch.
The scarf is knitted flat from the bottom up. First, you will cast on the required number of stitches. Next, you will knit the ribbed bottom border, then you will knit the body of the scarf, and finish with the ribbed top border. Lastly, you will bind off the stitches.
This scarf is a great match for the Ceramic Art Headband.
